- This research examined about freelance employees’ work ethic at Sugih Waras Community Health Center, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. In this research, researcher tried to describe how work ethic that owned by freelance employees. This research used qualitative research method, researcher was directly involved in the research by did observation and interview. Based on research that had been done, the results of this research showed that there were several freelance employees’ work ethics that work is a gift from God. freelance employees uphold value of responsibility, worked as form of their worship to God by upholding the religion, employees worked with full of creative thought to solve problems, they worked respectfully because they could increase their financial capability, they could do social practices in the environment, and also they always attempt to be able provide optimal service to all patients whom came. With their work status this time, freelance employees don’t have much space to be able improve their knowledge for their self-development.
