- PT. Oasis Waters International is a Production and Distributor of drinking waters in brand packaging “OASIS”. One of the division or section that have an important role in producing the mineral waters in PT. Oasis Waters International is producer section. As the one of the company that prosecuted to producing mineral waters in a high quality which can complete in the global market so in theimplementation of producing mineral waters need an expert employee in taking care of the machine, and also decide the best solution if the machine have failure in producing mineral waters. However, mutation, resign, and retirement effect the losing of knowledge that necessary and cause trouble to solve the problem that happened to the mineral water machine. To overcome the problem it needs a documented knowledge to make the knowledge transfer become easier for the new employee, so the new employee can upgrade their skills independently. By using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) Method that become the one of techique to solving the problems by using the warlier solution and do the processing of necessary knowledge to develop the problem so i can create the new context solution and it can be use for the next problem.
