- The aims of this study is to determine the effect of job s tress on the employee performance Hanggar 21 Tanjzmg Pandan. The hypotheses used in this study is job stress has on employee pe,formance. This study was conducted of 55 employees in Hanggar 21 Tanjung Pandan. In this sllldy uses job stress as independent variables and employee performance as th e dependenl variables. This study used associative study in order to determine the relationship between two var iables. Meansuring instrume nt used was a questionnaire with simple regression analysis. The data was processed using SPSS Program 16, generate a simple regression eq uationis. The result of the co unting is Y = 75. 730 + 0.210X based on t test performed, a score lcoun1 = 2. 402 with an error rate of 5%. The result of this study shows that the job stress has negative impact and significant on employee performance.
