- This s1udy aims to know how much the influence of physical work environmem on the pe,formance of UPTD Social Institution Employees of Marsudi Putra Dharmapala Inderalaya Social Department of South Sumatera Province. Physical work environment is all physical cireumtances that exist around the workplace can effect the performance of employees. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population used was 43 ressponden. The result of this study indicate that there is the influence between the physical work environment on the performance of UPTD Social fnstilulion employees of Marsudi Putra Dharmapala Inderalaya. This evidenced.from t-count the percentage of (12,673) > t-table (2,019) with a significance of 0,000 smaller than a 0,05 (0,000 < a.0,005).
