PENGARUH MEDIA AUDIO-VISUAL BERBASIS KEUNGGULAN LOKAL SUMATERA SELATAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V TEMA EKOSISTEM DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 14 PALEMBANG

- This research aimed at finding out the influence of audio-visual media with the basis of local advantage of South Sumatera towards students learning outcomes of fifth grade students with ecosystem theme in Elementary School of Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang. This research was using Quasi Experimental Design method with design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects were 33 students in Experimental Group and 31 students in Control Group. In order to obtain the necessary data, the researcher used the data collection tool in the form of pretest-posttest, observation and documentation. The average score of pretest in Experimental Group was 55,39 and it was 51,30 in Control Group. The average score of posttest in Experimental Group was 78,27 and it was 71,24 in Control Group. The data of pretest and posttest in Experimental Group was distributed normal 0,23 and 0,12. The data of pretest and posttest in Control Group was distributed normal -0,59 and 0,22. The hypothesis was counted using t-test, it is Separated Varians and the result of t obtain was 2,683 in 0,05 significant level and the t-table is 1,669. Since the significant level showed tobtain > ttable, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The result of this research proved that the using of audio-visual media with the basis of local advantage of South Sumatera influenced significantly towards students learning outcomes of fifth grade students with ecosystem theme in Elementary School of Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang.
