- The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the influence of transformational leadership style to employee job satisfaction Human Resource Division PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This research is a kind of quantitative descriptive research by using questionnaires as research instrument. The respondents used were the entire population of 49 employees by census method. The method used to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the transformational leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction. In order to transformational leadership style and job satisfaction turn be better, the leader should communicate with employees, give motivation, pay attention to employees needs, for increase employees satisfaction and also make an evaluation of the leader and employees in formal and non formal activities.
