This study analized the influence Tax Sharing Fund and Natural Resources Sharing Fund to Gross Regional Domestic Product District / City of South Sumatera Province. The data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of data sharing fund tax, sharing of natural resources and gross regional domestic product of districts /city in South Sumatra Province in the period 2007-2016 , result from publications of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (DJPK). Analytical techniques in this study include descriptive and quantitative analysis. In this research using of panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the two independent variables have a positive effect with the value of R2 is 0.852285 or give effect of 85.22% against the dependent variable. Partially the tax-sharing fund does not significantly affect the gross regional domestic product. While natural resource revenue sharing has significant effect to gross regional domestic product.
