The Research aimed to determine the effect of Dividend Policy (DPR) and Debt Policy (DER) To Price to Book Value (PBV) at sub company sector construction and registered buildings in Indonesia stock exchange. This research used secondary data that obstained on financial statement in company. The Population on this research are 11 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample became 8 companies. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that DPR had not posittive effect to PBV, but DER Posittive.
