- This study aims to analyze effectiveness of village Fund Management in the district of Indralaya and district of Payaraman, Ogan Ilir regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with descriptive methods. The results of the study show that the use of the village fund budget was effective, the process of formulating and determining the plan for managing the village fund budget had referred to the regent Regulation of Ogan Ilir no.19 of 2018 on technical guidelines for managing the use of village budget funds. The village budget has been budgeted and spent by the village government for physical development activities and community empowerment activities. The largest village fund budget is used in the construction of environmental roads and bridges infrastructure, especially concrete rabate roads, howewer, the use of village budget funds for the development of community economic enterprises and the formation of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is still relatively small.
