- This research is entitled One Village Budget Accountability Program One Billion in Talang Balai Lama Villages, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir district in 2017. The background of this research is in order to understand the accountability of one village of one billion program accountability reports and disclose information on village financial statements that have not been transparent , information to the public that is not optimal, and some administrative requirements that have not been fulfilled. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a type of descriptive research. Research carried out using the theory of financial accountability with the focus of research on financial integrity disclosure, and compliance with laws and regulations. The results of the study it can be concluded that the accountability of the program budget for one billion villages in the village of Talang Balai in 2017 has not been optimal even though the indicators of disclosure and adherence to legislation have been implemented well but on the dimensions of financial integrity have not gone well where the societies not yet understand the information related with the program.
