  • This study is aims to determine the existence of fowl-poultry culture in Java in adolescents in Srikaton Village, Air Salek District, Banyuasin District. This study uses qualitative. The informants in this study studied nine people. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity test of the data used uses a credibility test, transferability test, reliability test, and confirmability test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done before, conclusions can be drawn from the existence of Javanese culture of uploading still applied among adolescents to include the principle of harmony, namely the language of Krama inggil, the language of middle manners, Ngoko language and the principle of respect to serve food by kneeling, bowing when bumping into older parents and shaking hands by kissing them.
