This research aiming for knowing effort fulfillment needs elderly covers aspect needs that is aspect service religious and mental spiritual, aspect service healt and help social, aspect service education and training. Type research descriptive quantitative in research this is variables single with respondents is there is 15 person elderly, method collection data use method interview and observation, technique analysis data is describe fulfillment needs elderly that from needs physical-biological, needs mental-psychological, needs social, needs tool help, by descriptive percentage..Results research this could in conclude that, effort fulfillment needs citizens elderly in citizens tama, alderly fulfilled because needs elderly already in provide by house citizens tama, corresponding with guideliries on service elderly so that elderly already fulfilled, although still there is some that need in pay attention in giving food additional, giving clothes still very limited.
