- The aim of this research is to examine the management control system at Asuransi Wahana Tata Company Branch Palembang are effecive and efficient in claim insurance of motor vehicle. The results showed that the implementation of management control system at Asuransi Wahana Tata Company are effective and efficient, begins with the determination of vision and mission as well as goals, objectives, organizastional structure design, then continued with the preparation of motor vehicle and accountability reports are as expected.
