This research aims to determined the interpersonal intelligence of eleventh grade students in SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. Data collection technique used is a questionnaire consisting of three aspects: social sensivity, social insight, and social communication. The population in this research were eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 14 Palembang which amounted to 294 people. The sample in this research amounted to 75 people selected by using purposive sampling technique. The result of data analysis shows that 70 percent students in eleventh grade have high interpersonal intelligence.
