  • This study aims to determine the effect of salary incentive on employee performance at AJB Bumiputera Sekip Palembang Branch. The population in this study took all the employees working in AJB Bumiputera Sekip Branch as much as 64 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire technique by distributing it to all employees contained in the object of research and analysis techniques used ares simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that salaries incentives positively affect employees performance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Sekip Palembang branch.
