- This study was conducted to analyze influence cultural , social , personal , and psychology factors to decision taking Multipurpose Loans (KSG) by Civil Servants at Bank Sumsel Babel branch of Pagar Alam.This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires, samples taken as many as 100 people using the method of incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is T test and F test. The results of the T test show that there is influence on Partial personal and psychological factors to decision taking credit customers. While for cultural and social factors no there is influence on Partial to decision taking KSG. Research this also shows that there is influence cultural , social , personal and psychological factors on simultan eously to decision taking KSG at Bank Sumsel Babel branch of Pagar Alam.
