This study aims to determine the effect of burnout on the performance of paramedic nurses at PT. Graha Pusri Medika Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaire. The number of samples was 132 respondents. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the census method. The analysis techniques that be used are simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that burnout had a negative and significant effect on the performance of paramedic nurses at PT. Graha Pusri Medika Palembang. Through the coefficient of determination test (R Square) test, a value of 0.664 is obtain, it means that 66.4% of performance as the dependent variable can be explained by burnout as an independent variable. While the remaining 33.4% is explained by other variables which are not examined in this study.
