  • This study aims to produce contextual-based web learning learning media on material systems and dynamics of Pancasila democracy for Increase learning motivation of high school students who are valid, practical and have potential effects. The research method used is the development method with the Hannafin and Peck model. Media validation was assessed by three experts namely material experts, media experts and linguists. Material validation shows an average of 4.0 of these included in the Valid category, media validation shows an average of 3.8 included in the valid category and language validation shows 4.6 including very valid categories. To see the practicality, one to one stage was conducted which was tested on three students with an average of 4.2 included in the practical category and the small group stage tested in six students with an average of 4.5 including very practical categories. In the stage of the field test contextual web learning learning media in 25 students in class XI IPA 2 had a potential effect in increasing students' learning motivation, as evidenced by the learning motivation level of 71% included in the category of good motivation. Based on these results showed that web media contextual learning based on material systems and the dynamics of Pancasila democracy are declared valid, practical and have a potential effect on the learning motivation of high school students.
