Evaluation of honorary teachers is a common activity at school. This is very useful for knowing the results of teaching honorary teachers to their students. Assessment, evaluation and awarding were carried out to obtain the development of a decision support system in the appointment of permanent teachers at Srijaya State High School. This application system was built using the PHP programming language, Dreamweaver CS5 as an application editor and MySQL for database processing. To determine the teacher's recommendations, it can still be used the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as giving criteria and ranking weighting.
