This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of physical work environment to the employees pe1jormance at District Office of Ilir West II Palembang. The sample of this research is all of employees at District Office of Ilir West II Palembang which amounted of 36 people. The method used in this study is prima,y data obtained by spreading questionnaires. The data in this analysis were processed using Statistical program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The data obtained were tested by validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient analysis (r) and coefficient of determination (R 2). The result of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive effect to the employees pe1formance at District Office ofilir West JI Palembang.
