The aim of this research is to determite the effect of leadership style to the employee performance Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Hijauan Pakan Ternak Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to employee which amounted to 49 respondents. Analyses technique that is used on this research is simple regression analysis technique. The result showed that the effect of leadership style is significantly effected to the performance of the employee in the Balai Pembibitan Ternak unggul Hijauan Pakan Ternak. The suggestion that could be given from this research is leader more to build interpersonal relationships that could both affect and increase the performance of the employee.
