- This study aims to describe the accountability and transparency in management of Village Fund. at the villages in Sub-District of Belimbing in Muara Enim District. This study which is a descriptive qualitative research, used analysis of data using. interactive analysis data models, and collecting data through in-depth interview, study documentation, and observation. Validity of data used triangulation method.The results of research shows that in management of Village Fund started from planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability,have been done accountably, participative, and transparently. However, during administering and preparing financial statements, human resources in the village still a constraint that requires assistance from Village Counselor.
