The objective of study was to find out: whether or not there was a significant influence of working capital turnover, current ratio and debt to assets ratio partially and suimultaneouslt to return on assets in manufacturing companies of chemical sub-sector listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Ten company were choseb as the sample using total sampling. Data analysis with multilinier regression. The rselut partially showed that there was no significant influence of working capital turnover variable to return on assets, current ratio have a positive and significant influence and there was negative significant influence between variable working capital turnover with return on assets. Simultaneosly, there three variables affect the level of return on assets in manufacturing companies of chemical sub-sector listed in Indonesia stock exchange
