  • This study aims to analyze whether Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue (PAD), and General Allocation Funds (DAU) have a positive effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditures in Districts I Cities in South Sumatra. The sample used in this study are 10 regencies / cities in South Sumatra that are sourced from the Realization of Regional Budget (APBD) and per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2011-20 I 6 Data collection method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The analytical tool is multiple linear regression with t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. The. results of this study indicate that Economic Growth (GRDP) has a positive • and significant effect on Capital Expenditures. Meanwhile, Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) have a negative and insignificant effect on Capital Expenditures.
