- The aims of this research is how to analyze the effect of concentration ratio increase on value added of cosmetics industry in Indonesia during 2010-2015 periode. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and panel data regression analysis with Common Effect model regression. The results of this research are (1) the market structure through the consentration ratio (CR4) approach obtains an average value of 68.51 percent, based on the results we are according to Joe S. Bain's theory, so cosmetics industry in specifically were classified as Oligopoly Full Type II (2) and the results of panel data regression analysis are states that the value added is positive and significant to the concentration ratio of cosmetics industry in Indonesia during 2010-2015 periode.
