- This research is motivated by the problem of the service that is still a lot of inaccurate completion. This research aims to find out and specifically describe how the quality of services at the Community Health Center of Sukajadi. The method used in this research is quantitative methods with descriptive techniques. Data collection is done through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population in this study were all patients Community Health Center of Sukajadi totaling 200 respondents. This research took place from octoberuntil january. This study uses the Zeithaml theory with a community perception approach covering aspects of service quality. The results of the analysis and interpretation of data from the questionnaire showed that there were still many patients who judged to be less satisfied with the services received. Of the 40 statements, there are only11 statements that get more than satisfied results. From this research, the gap between perception and expectations is 0,12. The constraints faced in the service process are that the clerk at the registration counter explains it is unclear and the doctor is less responsive in serving. Recommendations from this study are officers at the registration counter must be trained so that they can explain clearly to the patient and the doctor is given training to be responsive in serving patients.
