PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TERHADAP PERILAKU ASERTIF SISWA DI SMP SRIJAYA NEGARA PALEMBANG

- The research aims to determine the influence of group guidance towards student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang. Population of this research are 72 students and 8 volunteer students that have low value of assertive behavior. Method that was used for this research was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experimentand the tests were given as many as 3 times meeting with the group guidance service. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire. Analyzing data technique using t test formula (t-test). Pre-test result shows that 8 students who were subjected to research volunteer got assertive behavior averages 98.62 which it means a low category. After They were given treatment of posttest, they got 141,75 point from average and it shows a high category of assertive behavior value. From the data analysis obtained tcount= 14,61 and ttable in 5% significant level that is 2,365, so it is known that tcount is bigger than ttable or 14,61>2,365. The conclusion of this research shows that there is influence of group guidance on student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang.
