- This study aims to determine the price and profit strategy in the wooden ship industry in Palembang. This study used primary data based on interviews with 5 wooden ship business units in the city of Palembang. The results of the study proved that the wooden ship industry in Palembang uses a price leadership price strategy to determine the selling price of the product. The level of profit earned by business units in the wooden ship industry is an average of Rp. 29,600,000.00 per year for typesof ships 10 meters and Rp. 32,000,000 per year for types of 12 meters.
