  • This is a qualitative research entitled "Public Relations Strategy in Implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field (Study on Development Partners of Organic Plants of Melon Fruit of Agro Makmur Farmers Group)". Therefore, the formulations of the research problem is how the public relations strategy in implementing CSR at PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field through the program of the fostered partners. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation study with the object of CSR program research under the Legal and Relations division. The theory used is according to Scott M. Cutlip, Allen H. Center and Glen M. Broom. Strategies according to the theory are Defining Problems, Planning and Programming, Taking Action and Communicating, and Evaluating The Program. Furthermore, they are used to understand the phenomenon under study. Based on the results of the study, it was found out that public relations strategy of PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field in carrying out CSR programs is by mapping the community around the company's operational area, planning and programming carried out is a CSR program included in the company's work plan, program implementation is by monitoring and evaluating programs related to deficiencies in implementation.
