- This research is aim to know about how's the implementation of public service function In PERUM Bulog regional division of sumatera selatan and doing the operasional audit for its public service function to give some recommendations as its guidance to be better in the next operation. The source of data in this research is primary data by doing direct observation to the object and doing some. interviews, meanwhile secondary data is gained from official website in internet, documentation, and scientific journal. Analytical technique in this research is descriptive qualitative. Public service function of PER UM Bulog Regional Division of Sumatera Selatan in this research is only focused on the service to distributing RASTRA (Beras Sejahtera), services to distributing the qualified rice to society in rice insecurity condition, emergency state, and disaster, and then service to distributing the qualified rice to certain instiiuiions. Based on the result, the conclusion of this research is public service function's activity of PERUM Bulog Regional Division of Sumatera Selatan haven't effectively working yet, there's still some weaknesses that need io be fixed, that is from a public service activity to distributing RASTRA and service activity to distributing the qualified rice to society in rice insecurity condition. In this case, PER UM Bulog Regional Di,ision of Sumatera Se/atan still has to evaluate and improve those public service function petformance ta make this function become better in the next activity.
