  • White root fungus diseases is an important disease on rubber plant because it can damage the plants and may result in losses of economical. This research aims to know the influence of antagonistic bacteria against the efficacy of infection and the development of fungal diseaseon white rubber seedling roots. This research was conducted in the Phytopathology Laboratory and green house of the Department of pest and plant disease of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya, Indralaya. The research was conducted using a random group of factorial design includes two factors and three replicates. The first factor is the antagonistic bacteria isolates namely isolates A, isolates B, and isolates A+B. The second factors is the dose of compost that is dose 20gr/plants, dose 30gr/plants, and dose 40gr/plants. The results showed that the intensity of the attack of the disease and the severity of the disease is different not real low againsteach between the treatment so that no further testing was done. The emphasis of the intensity of the attack of the disease ranges between 2,2%-7,0% and the emphasis of the severity of the disease ranges between 0,94%-2,95%. Rubber plants growth effect is not real between treatment of high value crops, number of old leaves, the number of young leaves, and the added of the rod ring.
