FORMULASI PEMROGRAMAN LINIER PADA CRITICAL PATH METHOD DALAM PENYELESAIAN PROYEK PENINGKATAN JALAN

- The project of increasing the length, width and quality of the road is needed to improve the public facilities and infrastructures. Department of Building and Improving, as part of the Department Bina Marga, Riau Province, aims to organize the building and improving of roads and bridges. One of the activity is the improvement of Jalan Simpang Panam - Pantai Cermin - Petapahan in Riau. This research used Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method and also linear programming formulation of CPM to analyze the optimization of project schedule. The original cost of Department Bina Marga, Riau Province is Rp 16.844.899.142,55 with 180 days. From the CPM and PERT methods and also linear programming formulations on CPM obtained the fastest project completion time of 180 days, but based on the result the critical path and the cost from the methods are different. The cost using linear programming formulation of CPM is lower which amount Rp 6.744.741.584,49, while the cost obtained using the method of CPM and PERT is Rp 10.633.448.125,72.
