- This research was conducted to know about efficiency level and profit rate of rice noodle industry. Population and sample in this research was an of rice noodle industry in Palembang. There are 5 compances it used secondary and primary data the data ware analyzed using desaipuve and quantitatif approach. The rsultof the research show that everage level of efficiency 2018 was 2,10 and efficiency rate in 2014 around 0,44. The profit rate of rice noodle industry in 2018 was Rp. 502.224 per day and the average around 25% and profit rate of rice noodle industry in 2014 reachead 23% (Percent). This profit seemed efficiency level and profit rate of rice noodle industry in Palembang 2018 was increased.
