INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT PADAPROGRAM CSR KAMPUNG HORTIKULTURA PT.PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA DI KOTA PALEMBANG

- This research aims to know the index of community satisfaction at CSR Kampung Hortikultura PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Program in Palembang City. Descriptive quantitative method was used in this research. Data collection techniques used in this research were doing observation and giving questionnaire. The scale used in this research was likert scale. Total of the respondents in this research were 43 respondents. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was data analysis technique used in this research. Community empowerment concept by Najiati and friends was used in this research. The result of this research shows that community satisfaction based on rank, it’s known that there was 12 positive value, 8 neutral value, and 13 negative value. The result of the processing data scores satisfaction of the society used Importance Performance Analysis in Cartesian Coordinate System, could be known that there was one attribute which enter the first quadrant, there were 17 attributes which enter the second quadrant, there were 13 anttributes which enter the third quadrant, and there were 2 attributes which enter the fourth quadrant.
