  • Permanent magnetization is made by mixing NdFeB magnetic powder with a non-magnetic silicon rubber (SIR) adhesive mixture. Percentage of NdFeB material mixed with silicon rubber percentage with variation of 20% and 40%. The printed sample is characterized which includes the measurement of mechanical properties, magnetic properties and microstructure. Characterization of mechanical properties such as tensile test, microstructure analysis using X-Ray Difraction (XRD) characterization of magnetic properties by using Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The result of magnetic properties showed that the highest value of ultimate tensile strength (UTS) was 40% sample of 0.788 MPa and for the lowest value of UTS was obtained on 20% sample that is 0,602 MPa. So from the results of UTS can be concluded that the more silicon rubber is used then the mechanical properties will increase and also vice versa. Untuk magnetic measurement results show that the highest value is owned on the sample variation 20% SIR, saturation value is 88.49 emu/gram, remanensi ie 62.40 emu/gram, coercifity is 5,879 kOe while for the lowest value is in sample of 40% variation that is, saturation value is 69.87 emu/gram, remanensi is 48.95 emu/gram, coercifity is 2,239 kOe. The XRD results show the presence of a single phase NdFeB in the sample, where the highest peak with a value of 2θ of 44.02 (deg), FWHM value of 0.017095556 (rad) and crystal size 9.927799148 nm and 7.578279648 nm deviation.
