HUBUNGAN BIG FIVE FACTOR DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA DRIVER PERUSAHAAN X DI KOTA PALEMBANG

- The research objective was to determine relations of the personality type, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism and openness to experience with organizational commitment of company X in palembang. The sample was the drivers of company X as many as 100 people through incidental sampling technique. The scale used is big five modified from big five inventory scale John (John & Srivastava, 1999) and organizational commitment modified from organizational commitment scale Allen and Meyer (1990). The result of first and fifth hypothesis were analyzed by using sprearman rank and for the second, third, fourth hypothesis were analyzed by using pearson’s product moment. The result of second hypothesis with p = 0,002 showed that has a significant correlation between agreeableness personality type and organizational commitment. The result of third hypothesis with p = 0,000 showed that has a significant correlation between conscientiousness personality type and organizational commitment. The result of fourth hypothesis with p = 0,000 showed that has a significant correlation between neuroticism personality type and organizational commitment.
