The purpose of this thesis is to determine the wage determinant of nurses registered in Muara Enim District. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires with a sample of 77 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) age has a positive and significant effect on wages, (2) Working hours have a negative and significant effect on wages, (3) There are differences in nurses' wages based on hospital status, (4) there is no difference in nurse wages based on education and gender.
