- This research is entitled "Community Development in Tanjung Pule Village, North Indralaya Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency in the field of Social and Culture in 2007-2017". The problems in this research are How Community Development in Tanjung Pule Village, North Indralaya Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency in the Social Sector in 2007-2017 'and the Development of Transmigrant Community Life in Tanjung Pule Village, North Indralaya Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir District in the economic sector 2007-2017. The research methodology used is a historical method with steps: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, interviews and historiography. In this research using a social science approach, namely: sociology, economics. From the research results, it was found that the social life of the transmigration community in Tanjung Pule Village had developed. This was seen after changing from the PJS village to the definitive village with the development carried out by the village government together with the Tanjung Pule community such as: Road Hardening, Construction and Renovation of Mosques, Village Hall, Addition of Sports Facilities, Poskesdes Building and Construction of Elementary Schools, PAUD and kindergarten. With the construction of complete facilities and infrastructure, the community of Tanjung Pule can enjoy the results and be easy in living a community life from various aspects. While in the economic field, with the development of oil palm plantations, rubber plants, curly chili, long beans and the addition of professions other than farming, namely Employees, Civil Servants, Police, Indonesian Armed Forces and Teachers led to an increase in the welfare level of Tanjung Pule village, as evidenced by the number of permanent buildings and ownership of motorized vehicles.
