PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG PERENCANAAN KARIR DI SMA NEGERI 14 PALEMBANG

- The aims of this study were to find out the students' perceptions about the career planning of the XI grade students' of Senior High School 14 Palembang. This study used quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods. The instruments used were questionnaires consisting of three aspects, such as: self-understanding, the ability to gather information about the world of work, the ability to choose the desired career goals. The population of this study were XI grade students of Senior High School 14 Palembang with the total number of students was 245 students. The sample of this study was 60 students who were chosen by using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of data analysis showed that 61% of the XI grade students agreed to the career planning.
