- The hospital is a health care institution that organizes personal health services in plenary that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Outpatient treatment is patient care for observation, diagnosis, treatment, medical rehabilitation, and other health services without staying in the hospital.Dr.HMRabain Muara Enim District Hospital is one of the regional hospitals in the district of Muara Enim. Based on data from outpatient visits in 2016 the number of patient visits reached 54 548 patients. And in 2017 patient visits increased to 62 302 patients. Increasing the number of patient visits the unexpected can cause difficulties for the hospital in terms of providing the best service them to the patient. The system uses Fuzzy Time Series methods that capture the pattern of past data and then use it to project future data. And using the criteria of MSE (Mean Squared error) and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) to measure the accuracy of forecasting accuracy and reliability of results performed. Results from this research that generates a system that can predict or forecast outpatient visits that can be used to provide a picture of patient visits in the coming months.
