This research aims to analyze the empowering impelementation of village apparatus through Aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) training at Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Pembangunan (BPKP) office on Empat Lawang district in 2017. Technique of checking and validating data it used source triangulation technique. Triangulation technique means the comparation and checking the informant truth in qualitative research. Shortly this research result is the empowering of village apparatus through the training of Siskeudes Aplication at Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) office in Palembang it through the technology guidence that made by BPKP to improving society skill in the village especially on Technology.
