ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF COAL CALORI VALUE OF BREAK ON THE COMBUSTION PROCESS IN BOILER CFB IN PT. BUKIT PEMBANGKIT INNOVATIVE PLTU BANJARSARI 2 × 135 MW, DISTRICT LAHAT PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Daftar Isi:
- PT. Bukit Pembangkit Innovative (PT. BPI) operates the Banjarsari Steam Power Plant (PLTU) with a capacity of 2 x 135 MW located in Prabu Menang Village, East Merapi District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. In the PLTU system, the boiler is an important part of achieving good evaporation to rotate the turbine, there are 2 coal feeder units. Burning to produce good steam is strongly influenced by the quality of the coal used and setting the combustion temperature, because the quality of coal and improper combustion temperatures can result in the formation of slags on the walls or boiler pipes. The accumulation of ash deposits on the wall furnace will reduce heat absorption so that more energy is needed to heat up, to find out the calorific value of the coal sample analysis which includes proximate analysis, calculation of generator output, net plant heat rate, and net output. The proximate analysis performed showed that coal calories from 5 were 4,599.55 kcal / kg, 4,512.40 kcal / kg, 4,412.97 kcal / kg, 4,557.23 kcal / kg, and 4,416.56 kcal / kg. The results of the proximate analysis are included in the calculation of the output generator, and the net plant heat rate, so that the average yield of the generator is 1,513 MWh, and the net plant heat rate is 3,027 kcal / MWh. Furthermore, the coal feeder input is calculated by 47.73 KT so that the net output value is 101.57 MW. From the results of coal combustion tuning by following the operational pattern of the PLTU banjarsari the perfect combustion results in the CFB boiler but have the disadvantage of having to have a lot of bed material so that in accordance with CFB boiler fundamentals all the material must be recirculating.
