These stages have different activities and treatment to make the patients calm, comfort, and safety. Because of that, it takes a space grouping based on activities with a space function approach. A distance separates the function to provide tranquility space to the patient. It is also supported by several factors related to certain circulation and thermal comfort. An exposing the building to the north-south and setting the openings generates a thermal comfort. The safe distances give a quick response to safety and emergency needs. The comfortable is also created by a green environment to reduce noise and maintain patient privacy. Those architectural designs create an atmosphere in supporting the patient recovery process.
