- Business development of cake production in palembang is increasing as the level of public consumption is always increasing. The purpose of Yuli’s cake production activities is to increase the number of cake production, so that the level of sales increase and get the optimal profit. On optimization problems, Fuzzy Goal Programming model with Pareto disitribution can be applied on Yuli’s cake production problems. Based on the results of research, to get the goal which is profit amount Rp 8.692.568, so as long as a week, Yuli must be produced best seller cake, which is bolu kukus, kue lapis, and kumbu kacang amount 8.613 slices, and easily damaged cake which is kue pare and srikaya amount 1.295 slices.
