- This study aims to determine the factors that affect the interest of accounting majors student in choosing specificities in the field of taxation. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used was accounting majors for the year of 2015 and 2016. The number of samples in this study were 144 students specializing in taxation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test using SPSS version 25. Thus, results showed that the attitude and behavior control variables significantly impact the interest. While the behavioral control variable does not affect interest.
