  • The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the procedure for business credit provision established by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Kuto Cabang Sriwijaya Palembang, and identify deviations that may occur to the and identify deviations that may occur to the in the business credit provision. The author uses qualitative descriptive analysis method in research by analyzing the data obtained. The results of the study show that PT Bank Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Kuto Cabang Sriwijaya Palembang had procedures for business credit provision and employment policies set forth in the Manual of Credit, with the intention that it is applied as a healthy work practice. But in its implementation there are still some of deviations from the established procedures.
