PENGEMBANGAN ELEKTRODA KARBON BERBASIS TUMBUHAN ECENG GONDOK (EICHORNIA CRASSIPE/MART) DAN APLIKASINYA PADA BATERAI LITHIUM-ION
Daftar Isi:
- The research regarded to develop water hyacinth (Eichornia crassipe/Mart) plant based carbon electrodes and their application to the lithium-ion battery. Carbon from water hyacinth was prepared by using process hydrothermal for 16 hour by temperature 2000 C, pressure 30 bar then pyrolysis using microwave 25 minute power 1200 watt. Anode was made of carbon water hyacinth 0.70 g, PANi 0.15 g, DMSO 0.15 g, ink which layered on to aluminum film. The anode was characterized by using XRD, SEM, and FTIR. Difractogram of water hyacinth anode showed 2θ = 20.010, 21.810, 23.820, 19.800, 38.820, 65.30, 44.970, and 78.430. SEM Image showed of 2.5 μm of puresized. IR spectra showed functional groups of anode i.e. O-H, C-H, C=O, C=N, and C-O. Cyclic voltammetry measurement on the LiCl gel polymer electrolyte scan rate of 20 mV/s gave 64.08 x 10-5 Wh and 0.01068 of energy and power. Battery with Li2SO4 40% gel polymer of electrolyte gave 61.2 x10-5 Wh and 0.010168 watt. Galvanostatic measurement showed that battery with gel polimer media Li2SO4 of have current value consistent in every cycle and time discharge of duration more than the liquid media.
