STUDI BIAYA PENGUPASAN OVERBURDEN PER BCM PADA PENAMBANGAN ELEKTRIFIKASI DI PIT 2 BANKO BARAT PT BUKIT ASAM TBK TANJUNG ENIM SUMATERA SELATAN
Daftar Isi:
- PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim Mining Unit (UPTE) is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) company engaged in the field of energy and coal mining with 3 main mining areas namely Air Laya Mine (TAL), Muara Tiga Besar (MTB), and West Banko. The mining system in Pit 2 West Banko uses an open pit mining system by applying conventional methods, which are a combination of the work of the digging loading equipment and hauling equipment as a primary mining tool. Overburden stripping activities at Pit 2 West Banko using an electric-powered digging and loading tool Komatsu Shovel Excavator PC 3000 E6 and Belaz 75135 Rigid Truck. The existence of a digging and loading equipment and a hauling equipment plays an important role to support the success of the mining activity itself. Therefore the two main mining tools must be used as optimal as possible. Overburden stripping activities at Pit 2 West Banko are managed by the Electrification Mining Work Unit. An electrically powered digging and loading tool is a new equipment used by PT Bukit Asam Tbk in Pit 2 and Pit East 3 West Banko which is targeted to produce large overburden production at a low cost. This study aims to determine how much real production and to find out how much stripping costs incurred by the Electrification Mining Work Unit to strip by BCM overburden. Then to prove whether it is true that by using an electrically powered digging and loading tool stripping costs will be cheaper than using a diesel-powered digging and loading tool. The method used in this research is by comparing the cost of overburden stripping by BCM between electrically powered digging and loading tool and diesel powered digging and loading tool so that it will be known whether by using an electric powered digging and loading tool the costs incurred will be cheaper. Real overburden production in February 2019 at Pit 2 West Banko amounted to 1,075,980 BCM. Overburden stripping costs by BCM incurred by the Electrification Mining Work Unit are Rp.12,963.56 / BCM with a total equipment cost incurred of Rp.13,948,535,700.24. Equipment costs incurred consist of owning costs and operating costs. Owning costs incurred include the cost of depreciation and interest, insurance, taxes. While operating costs incurred include fuel costs, the cost of full maintenance contract equipment, and operator salaries. Then there are also general costs incurred that is the cost of drilling and blasting, and the cost of renting mining support equipment. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the cost of overburden stripping by BCM incurred by the Electrification Mining Work Unit using an electrically powered digging and loading tool turns out to be cheaper than the cost of overburden stripping using a diesel powered digging and loading tool
