- This research is a qualitative research entitled “The Role of Public relations Government of the city of Palembang in the success of Safari Subuh Programs”. The method that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. All of data that was obtained by the researchers was analyzed with descriptive qualitatively. The results of this study indicate public relations government of palembang city has carried out its role well which refers to the theory of the role of public relations according to Rosady Ruslan; as communicator, relationship, back up management dan good image maker.
