  • This research is entitled Implementation of Priority Policy in Using Village Funds in Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2017 which is motivated by the non-compliance of village governments in the Pampangan district in using village funds where the allocation is widely used for village development so that the allocation to community empowerment has not been maximized. This research uses the theory of policy implementation according to Ripley and Franklin where the measure of the success of a policy is seen from 3 dimensions, namely the level of compliance, routine functions, as well as the performance and impact caused. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection research techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Priority Policy for the use of Village Funds in Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2017 is still not optimal because the priorities set tend to be physical development so that it has not had much influence on the community. From the results of this reasearch the advice that can be given is that the village government should further increase compliance in setting priorities for the use of village funds, especially maximizing allocations to community empowerment, village assistants must always be present in assisting villages in order to maximize the performance of the priority use of village funds, and the community must oversee the continued use of village funds if not involved then it should take the initiative to involve themselves so that the use of village funds on target.
